“EEPEx” is a university-level expo organized annually in Kathmandu University, Nepal by the combined effort of Society of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (SEEE) and the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (DoEEE) with the main objective of providing platform for sharing, learning and building on each other’s knowledge of the technology and trends that are shaping the future. EEPEX is a valuable experience for anyone interested in technology and engineering.

EEPEX 2025 encourages participants to fully engage with the exhibitions, technical and non-technical events, and networking opportunities. By engaging deeply, attendees will unlock their potential and connect with others who can elevate their ideas to the next level.
Apart from the exhibition of the yearly projects, this year we have come up with the idea of a theme-based project exhibition cum competition.
Robowar is flagship event of EEPEX that features battles between custom-built robots. Participants design and build their robots to compete in an arena.
Aqua Sumo involves robots competing in a water-based environment where they must push each other out of a designated area. The Event would be conducted in KU Pond in evening setup.
Inspires students to solve practical problems through circuit design. They create functional circuits based on set challenges, judged on innovation and accuracy.
It include competitive games, providing a fun and engaging way for students to participate, showcase their skills, and enjoy a break from the academic atmosphere.
This is an interactive competitive Treasure Hunt game where teams solve clues and complete tasks around the event space. It’s a fun way to engage participants and encourage teamwork.
The EEPEX 2025 theme: Engage, Elevate, Execute represents a progressive journey. Engage focuses on active involvement from students, industry professionals, faculty, and alumni. Elevate builds on engagement by encouraging growth through knowledge sharing and empowering skills. Execute emphasizes the importance of action, where ideas are put into practice, promoting success and leadership.
“Engage” refers to active participation and involvement from all students, industry professionals, faculties, and alumni. Through discussions, exhibitions, and interactive sessions, this phase fosters a collective spirit of curiosity and involvement, sparking creativity and innovation.
Once engagement has take place, the next phase is elevation. “Elevate” focuses on taking ideas and skills to right place. It represents growth through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and collaboration. Whether it’s a student project or an industry leader’s experience, the goal is to elevate every participant’s understanding and capability, empowering them aim higher.
The final and main pillar of the theme is “Execute,” which emphasizes action. Ideas have little impact without proper execution. This phase focuses on turning concepts into fruitful outcomes, encouraging participants to implement the lessons they’ve learned and the connections they’ve made into real-world actions.
