SOCIETY OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERS - KU

The Society of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (SEEE), a club for electrical and electronics department students, was founded in 2000 AD and is dedicated to enhancing the educational experience and the welfare of its students. It carries out social welfare activities and promotes student interaction within department.

Mission & Visions

Founded back in 2000 AD, Society of Electrical and Electronics Engineers is a student club under the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Kathmandu University. SEEE is involved in improving learning environment and the welfare of the students in the department since its establishment. Being a multidisciplinary club, it not only focuses on the topic related to Electrical and Electronics but also conducts social welfare activities and helps improve interaction among students at the department.

Alumni

SEEE aims to develop the alumni network of Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduates from DoEEE, KU from Undergraduate level to Ph.D.

Academics

Academics is a major part of students’ study in the university. SEEE will organize different programs related to academics which helps to accelerate their academics skills and so on.

Not only academics but SEEE also focuses on extra activities too. SEEE organized different

Message From President

If there’s one thing I’ve learned about SEEE, it’s that the best part has never been the title, the events, or the achievements – it’s the people.

For me, SEEE is about people–the seniors who make the journey a little easier, the juniors who bring new energy and ideas, and the friendships that somehow begin with a simple “Can you help me with this?” and turn into memories we carry with us.

It’s a space to learn without being afraid to ask, to try without needing everything to be perfect, and to grow while having a little fun along the way.

As President, I hope SEEE always feels less like an organization you have to be part of and more like a community you’re happy to come back to.Because at the end of the day, projects get completed, events come to an end, and semesters pass but the people we meet and the moments we create stay.

SEEE was never meant to be about proving that we are the “best club.” Honestly, we have enough competition in engineering already.

Here’s to good ideas, slightly chaotic plans, inside jokes, and a lot of memories along the way.
